We’re born into this world knowing how to breathe, but as we go through life we also have to learn how to release.
Time to check the filter
When’s the last time you cleaned the filter in your vacuum cleaner? Honestly I can’t remember but maybe you can😉 In order for a vacuum to fulfill it’s purpose, you have to make sure you empty the trash. That’s always the most obvious step on keeping up with the maintenance of a vacuum. However, that filter isn;t thought about as much. The air flows right through and the filter does it’s job, catching things that would otherwise harm the function of the vacuum. The larger pieces get dumped but the smaller ones, forgotten.
We can do the same things in our lives sometimes. We take care of the big things but we forget the smaller ones – leading to buildup and gunk in the filers of our lives. That’s where breathing comes in! Full and effective breathing.
By Natural Design
Fun fact – breathing affects our mental and emotional state! Isn’t it amazing how something so simple and so natural has that big of an effect on us. Our bodies, by natural design, use the oxygen we pump it to help maintain our bodies functions. We can use the natural design to our benefit by mentally, emotionally, and spiritually releasing when we exhale.

Old memories that still make you angry? Breathe and release. Unanswered questions that still puzzle you? Breathe and release. Hold the tension of the day in your body and mind? Breathe and release. Although we can’t change the past or fully control the future, we have the ability to be as prepared as possible for what’s to come when we inhale, exhale, release, and just BREATHE.
